Individual Therapy

Family Counseling
I work with parents and their children and adolescents to work through family stresses and challenges that may be related to trauma, loss, divorce, behavioral difficulties, or other mental health issues. Family counseling can provide the support you need to cope with stressful family changes. Through family counseling you can learn to understand each person's needs and communicate more effectively.
